Description
本発明はジンクピリチオンを含有する化粧料、
更に詳しくはジンクピリチオンの分散安定化性能
に優れる頭髪用化粧料に関する。
従来から、ジンクピリチオン即ち,〔ビス−(1
−ヒドロキシ−2(1−ヒドロ)−ピリジンチオ
ネート)ジンク〕,の分散安定化剤として、アニ
オン性高分子(アクリル酸系、カルボン酸系
等)、非イオン性高分子(セルロース系、ピロリ
ドン系等)、及び両性高分子(アクリル酸系等)
等が用いられている。しかし、これら高分子では
ジンクピリチオンの分散安定化に1〜2%以上配
合しなければ不充分であり、又これら高分子の皮
膜性により毛髪にこれらの高分子が残留した場
合、毛髪がごわごわしたり櫛通しによりフレーキ
ングの一因となり、性能面で好ましい結果が得ら
れないのが現状である。特に、化粧料がヘアーリ
ンスやヘアートリートメント等の場合、軽くすす
ぐため、毛髪にアニオン高分子や、非イオン高分
子が多く残る問題がある。以上のようにジンクピ
リチオンの従来の分散安定化剤は、そのゲル化に
伴なう増粘効果によりジンクピリチオンを安定化
させるものであるが、未だ満足すべき性能を有す
るジンクピリチオン分散安定化剤は見いだされて
いない。
本発明者らは、上記従来の高分子を用いること
なくジンクピリチオンの分散安定性の優れた安定
化剤を得るべく研究を重ねた結果、分子中に少な
くとも1つ以上ピロリドンカルボン酸残基を有す
るエステル化生成物が上記目的に合致することを
見いだし本発明を完成するに至つた。
即ち本発明の化粧料はジンクピリチオンと、ジ
ンクピリチオンの分散安定化剤として下記一般式
(),(),()で示される化合物の一種又は
二種以上をジンクピリチオン重量の0.5ないし約
3.3倍量含有することを特徴とする。

本発明の必須成分である上記一般式()
()()で示される化合物としては通常以下に
示される方法により得ることができる。
即ち、グリセリン、硬化ヒマシ油又はソルビト
ールにアルカリ触媒下所定量のエチレンオキサイ
ド、又は(及び)プロピレンオキサイドを付加し
てポリエーテルポリオールを生成させ、これにピ
ロリドンカルボン酸又は(及び)他の脂肪酸をそ
れぞれ単品あるいは2種以上を混合し無触媒又は
触媒存在下において常圧又は減圧下で常法に従つ
てエステル化反応を実施して得られる。
本発明の一般式(),(),()で示される
化合物において、a1+a2+a3+b1+b2+b3の合計
が3未満では親水性に乏しく、ジンクピリチオン
との相互作用が弱く、分散安定化効果を発揮し得
ず、70を越えると逆に親水性が増大し溶液中での
相互作用が働かない。またn1+n2+n3+n4+n5+
n6+m1+m2+m3+m4+m5+m6の合計が3未満
では親水性に乏しく、ジンクピリチオンとの相互
作用が弱く、100を越えると逆に親水性が増大し
ジンクピリチオンとの相互作用が弱い。またXは
少なくともその1つがピロリドンカルボン酸残基
であり、残りは水素原子、高級脂肪酸残基、又は
高級ヒドロキシ脂肪酸残基である。上記高級脂肪
酸残基および高級ヒドロキシ脂肪酸残基を供給す
る高級脂肪酸および高級ヒドロキシ脂肪酸の具体
例はラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、
ステアリン酸、アラギシン酸、、ベヘニン酸、セ
ロチン酸、等の高級直鎖状飽和脂肪酸;ゾーマリ
ン酸、ペトロセリン酸、オレイン酸、エルシン
酸、リノール酸、リノレン酸、等の高級直鎖状不
飽和脂肪酸;イソステアリン酸等の高級側鎖状飽
和脂肪酸;1,2−ヒドロキシステアリン酸等の
高級ヒドロキシ飽和脂肪酸;リシノレイン酸等の
高級ヒドロキシ不飽和脂肪酸である。

本発明の化粧料は上述した必須成分の他に下記
の任意成分が本発明の効果に影響のない範囲で配
合されてもよい。即ち、任意成分としては流動パ
ラフイン,ワセリン,固型パラフイン,スクワラ
ン及びオレフインオリゴマー等の炭化水素;イソ
プロピルミリステート,イソプロピルパルミテー
ト,ステアリルステアレート,ミリスチン酸オク
チルドデシル,オレイン酸オクチルドデシル及び
2−エチルヘキサン酸トリグリセライド等のエス
テル;ポリオキシエチレンセチルエーテル,ポリ
オキシエチレンステアリン酸エステル及びポリオ
キシエチレンソルビタンモノラウレート等の乳化
剤;塩化ベンザルコニウム,塩化セチルトリメチ
ルアンモニウム,塩化セトステアリルトリメチル
アンモニウム,塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモ
ニウム,塩化ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウム,

本発明を以下の実験例に基づいてさらに具体的
に説明する。
まず実験例で採用した試験および評価方法は以
下の通りである。
試料をビーカーに入れ、ジンクピリチオンの巨
大粒子を視覚判定により評価する。また視覚で判
定できない場合は顕微鏡観察(倍率400)により
10μ以上の粒子が存在する場合をジンクピリチオ
ンが凝集していると判定する。
評価基準

なお各実験例において配合量は重量%で示され
る。
試験例 1
下記表−1に示す組成を有する18種の化粧料を
調製し、性能を試験した。その結果を同表に示
