Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 位置決めしながらシート材を積層して収容させ
る金型と、積層されたシート材を加圧一体化する
ため上記金型内に嵌入される押圧ブロツクとから
なるものにおいて、 上記金型はその側壁に空気抜き孔が設けられた
ことを特徴とする積層型電子部品のプレス金型。
