流検出用抵抗の電圧降下を線形増幅器に入力し該
線形増幅器の出力端に、順方向のダイオードと抵
抗との直列回路と、逆方向のダイオードと抵抗と
の直列回路とを並列に接続し、上記２個の抵抗の
接続点とアース間にコンデンサを接続し、上記抵
抗の接続点を比較増幅器の一方の端子に入力し上
記の比較増幅器の他の入力端に基準電圧を印下し
、上記比較増幅器の出力を上記電動機の制御回路
の停止信号端子に入力した構成を特徴とする過電
