基準電位側抵抗を短絡可能なトランジスタを有し
、このトランジスタの動作に起因した前記帰還電
圧の変化によつて前記出力電圧コントロール手段
を動作させ電源の種類に応じて出力電圧のコント
ロール特性を異にする電源検知手段とを具備した
