列接続されてモータ制動時の電流を検出する第2
のシヤント抵抗器と、前記第1および第2のシヤ
ント抵抗器の出力を予め設定された基準値より大
きくなつたことを検出する過電流検出手段とを備
え、この過電流検出手段が過電流を検出すると前
記通電用スイツチング素子および前記制動用スイ
ツチング素子を非動作状態にするよう構成したこ
