1は被加工物、2は電極、3は第1の直流定電
流源、4は電圧クランプ回路、5は第1の半導体
スイツチ、7は第2の直流定電流源、9は第2の
半導体スイツチ、10は判別回路、12は単安定
マルチバイブレータ、14は第2の半導体スイツ
チの制御回路。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又
は相当部分を示す。

チ、加工間隙の電圧が所定の電圧以下であること
を判別する判別回路、前記第1の半導体スイツチ
がオフになつた後所定の時間後動作する単安定マ
ルチバイブレータ、前記判別回路、単安定マルチ
バイブレータの出力及び前記第1の半導体スイツ
チの状態を入力としその論理演算により前記第2
の半導体スイツチのオン、オフを制御するための
信号を第2の半導体スイツチに出力する制御回路
