いて、 バツクアツプメモリに供給しようとする電源電
圧が所定の闘値を所定時間継続して超えた場合に
、電圧検知信号を生成して出力する電圧検知回路
1と、 この電圧検知回路1から出力された電圧検知信
号に基づいて、電源電圧およびバツクアツプメモ
リのイネーブル信号を切り換える切換信号を出力
する電源切換回路2と、 この電源切換回路2から出力された切換信号に
基づいて、電源とバツクアツプ電源とを切り換え
る電源回路3とを備え、 この電源回路3から供給された電源をバツクア
ツプメモリに供給すると共に、前記電源切換回路
2から出力された切換信号をバツクアツプメモリ
のイネーブル信号として供給するよう制御を行う
