出力端子との間に接続された抵抗及び複数の定電
圧素子の直列回路と、該直列回路の定電圧素子と
ミラー関係に接続された第１トランジスタと、該
第１トランジスタに流れる電流に応じて前記出力
トランジスタに流れる電流を制御する第２トラン
ジスタとから成り、前記電源端子と出力端子との
間の電圧が所定値になつたとき前記直列回路に流
れる電流に応じて前記出力トランジスタを制御し
、該出力トランジスタの破壊防止を行う様にした
