Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 内輪の端部にシールを固着したころがり軸受
    の密封装置において、 (1) 該密封装置が該内輪端部がら補助環を介
    して一端は半径方向外方に延び他端は軸方向に延
    びた環状弾性体でなり、 (2) 該弾性体の半径方向外方に延びた一端は
    さらに三方向に分枝してシールリツプを形成し、
    その第一先端部は該軸受の外輪の端面に略軸方向
    に適度な接触圧で摺接しうる内リツプを形成し、
    第二先端部は該軸受のハウジングの内周面に半径
    方向に関し該内リツプと逆方向に適度な角度で傾
    斜しかつ適度な接触圧で摺接しうる外リツプを形
    成し、そして、第三先端部は該内リツプと外リツ
    プとの間にあつてその外径寸法が該ハウジングの
    内径と同等もしくはわずかに大きく設定され該ハ
    ウジングの内周面に適度な接触圧で摺接しうる中
    リツプを形成し、 (3) 該弾性体の軸方向に延びた他端は該軸に
    適度な接触圧で摺接しうる軸用リツプを形成した
    ころがり軸受の密封装置。 ２ 前記中リツプが半径方向に関し前記内リツプ
    側へ適度な各度で傾斜した実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項に記載のころがり軸受の密封装置。 ３ 前記中リツプが半径方向に関し前記外リツプ
    側へ適度な角度で傾斜した実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項に記載のころがり軸受の密封装置。 ４ 前記環状弾性体が芯金で補強された実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のころがり軸受の密
    封装置。 ５ 前記外リツプの中リツプ側根元にぬすみを設
    けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のころ
    がり軸受の密封装置。
