Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ころがり軸受の内輪の外周面に取りつけられる
環状のスリーブと、その外輪の内周面に取りつけ
られる環状のシール本体とを備えたころがり軸受
用密封装置であつて、 前記スリーブには、前記シール本体の軸方向外
側で起立する外側フランジを設ける一方、前記シ
ール本体には、芯金と、この芯金の径方向内側に
装着されたシール部材とを設け、 かつ、このシール部材に、前記芯金の軸方向内
端部から薄肉部を介して径方向に引き出された延
出部を設け、この延出部の軸方向外端部に前記外
側フランジの内側面に摺接する第１ダストリツプ
を形成するとともに、その軸方向中途部に前記ス
リーブの外周面に摺接する第２ダストリツプを形
成し、この第２ダストリツプを締めつけ付勢する
スプリングを前記延出部の外周部に設けたことを
特徴とするころがり軸受用密封装置。
