Claims (1)
- プーリ軸の外側に転がり軸受を取付け、その転
がり軸受に回転自在に支持されたプーリ本体を金
属板のプレス成形品としたプーリにおいて、前記
プーリ本体が、転がり軸受の外側に圧入される内
筒部の一端に、上記転がり軸受の一側面を覆い、
プーリ軸との間にラビリンスが形成される端板を
設け、上記内筒部の他端外周にフランジを形成し
、そのフランジの外径縁にベルト案内用の外筒部
を設けた構成とされ、前記転がり軸受の他端側に
配置したシール支持板を前記プーリ軸に固定し、
そのシール支持板の外径部とプーリ本体との間に
微小すきまを設け、シール支持板の内面外周部に
固定したシール部材の内面に前記転がり軸受の外
輪側面またはプーリ本体に接触するシールリツプ
を形成し、そのシールリツプの外周面を外径側に
向けて傾斜させたことを特徴とするプーリ。
