されており、且つ管径約30m/m以下の比較的細
径で肉厚約2m/m以下の薄肉金属配管の端部接
続用端金具の構造の改良に関するものである。

しく、配管側の曲げ形状のバラツキ、不具合時の
無理な取付け、或いは加振状態等に伴つて疲労応
力が集中して鑞熔着部の配管側に亀裂析損を生ぜ
しめるという問題があり、また、後者において
は、本体側に一体に突設した筒壁14′の構造に
よつて、製品重量が増すと共に、全体の切削成型
加工が極めて複雑となり、加工々数を増して著し
く生産性の低減を余儀なくされる問題を有するも
のであつた。

への取付孔の内径より小なる係合孔及び配管端部
付近への差込み支持孔とを有する別体の補強梁部
材を、前記取付孔と支持孔とを端金具本体の組付
孔と鑞熔着孔とにそれぞれ同芯状に位置させ且つ
鑞熔着孔と支持孔部との間に間隔をおいて端金具
本体に鑞熔着してなるものであり、従つて端金具
本体及び補強梁部材の成形がきわめて容易で且つ
配管側を組付け孔と鑞着孔との2個所で鑞熔着す
るため熔着強度も増すことができる。

できるものである。一方、断面コ字状の補強梁部
材5は金属板材によりプレス成型してなるもの
で、前記組付け孔2の内径より小なる係合孔6,
6′と、且つ配管P端部附近への差し込み支持孔
7とを有した別体からなり、該補強梁部材側の係
合孔6,6′及び支持孔7とを端金具本体1側の
組付け孔2及び鑞熔着孔4とにそれぞれ同芯状に
位置させ、且つ鑞熔着孔4と支持孔7との相互の
対向面間に任意間隔を保持した状態をもつて、端
金具本体1側の組付け孔2のそれぞれの孔周端面
3,3′に鑞熔着8,8′して固定せしめて構成し
てなるものである。なお、補強梁部材5側の係合
孔6,6′の孔径を端金具本体側の組付け孔2の
孔径より小さくして重合するか、若くは第3図に
示すごとく係合孔6,6′の孔周端部をわずかに
内側に折り曲げ、該折り曲げ部を組付け孔2の孔
周壁に嵌合するかして鑞熔着8,8′することに
より、端金具本体の内側周面と組付けボルトとの
間に間隙を有して流通路9を形成せしめる。尚
8″,8は鑞熔着部である。

り、従つて配管P側の曲げ形状のバラツキ、不具
合時の無理な取付け、或いは加振状態等において
も、鑞熔着部の配管側にみられる亀裂折損を防止
軽減することができるものである。
