Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は一般に自動車或いは各種の機械、装置
等に、給油、給気の供給路として数多く配設使用
されており、且つ管経約30m/m以下の比較的細
径で、肉厚約2m/m以下の薄肉金属配管の端部
と接続端金具との鑞熔着固定構造の改良に関する

き縮径部の根元まで挿着係合した状態をもつて鑞

伴う亀裂、折損を生ぜしめる等の問題が発生し

本考案は、軸芯部に内部の環状凹溝路に通ずる
組付け孔を同芯状に貫設し、且つ組付け孔の外側
孔周縁部を平行な平坦座面となし、更に周側壁部
に設けた内部への貫通孔の孔周面に、別体からな
る短寸状の枝管の一端側を鑞熔着して他端側を外
方に突出して端金具本体を構成し、該枝管の他端
側の突出周面部に配管側の接続端周面を重合鑞熔
着して構成してなる固定構造において、前記枝管
を、一端側に設けた段付き縮径部をもつて貫通孔
の孔周面に鑞熔着せしめ、更に配管側の接続端附
近に設けた同様の段付き縮径部を貫通孔の壁厚内
部に及ぶ位置まで挿着係合した状態で、前記枝管
とのなす相互の重合周面を鑞熔着して構成せしめ
てなる細径金属配管端部と接続端金具との鑞熔着
固定構造を要旨とするもので、配管の持続端部附
近において枝管の略全長に亘つて相互に重合した
二重壁構造となるため、該枝管側の段付き部附近
での亀裂、折損に対する機械的強度を著しく増大
することができ且つ座面での片当り時の無理な組
付け、或いは加振状態下での配設使用に際しても
亀裂、折損を効果的に防止することのできるもの

に貫設して組付けボルト孔となし、且つ該組付け
孔の外側孔周縁部を平行な平坦座面4,41とな
すと共に、周側壁部に設けた内部に貫通してなる
貫通孔5の孔周面に、一端側を段付き縮径部とな
した別体からなる短寸状の枝管6の該段付き縮径
部を鑞熔着7せしめて他端側を外方に突出構成し
てなるものであつて、配管Pの接続端部附近に設
けた同様の段付き縮径部を貫通孔5の壁厚内部に
及ぶ位置まで挿着係合した状態で、枝管6とのな
す相互の重合周面を鑞熔着8して構成してなるも

る結果となり、当然製品としての曲げ形状のバラ
ツキ、或いは不具合による片当り時の無理な組付
け、或いは加振状態下での配設使用に際しても、
亀裂、折損の発生を効果的に防止することができ
る極めて有用な細径金属配管端部と接続端金具と

してなる固定構造において、前記枝管6を、一端
側に設けた段付き縮径部をもつて貫通孔5の孔周
面に鑞熔着7せしめ、更に配管P側の接続端附近
に設けた同様の段付き縮径部を貫通孔5の壁厚内
部に及ぶ位置まで挿着係合した状態で、前記枝管
6とのなす相互の重合周面を鑞熔着8して構成せ
しめてなることを特徴とする細径金属配管端部と
