の端部と接続用端金具との鑞着固定構造の改良に

のまゝの管径からなる円筒壁3を有して外方への
断面ブリツヂ状、節状或いは背面を傾斜状等とな
した環状の膨出壁部4を一体に突設してなる前記
管径及び肉厚の寸法程度以下からなるものであつ
て、円筒壁3部を種々の形状を有する接続用端金
具1側の接続鑞着孔若くは接続鑞着筒孔5部に挿
着係合した状態をもつて、該接続鑞着孔、若しく
は接続鑞着筒孔と円筒壁3の全面との相互の係合
周面を鑞熔着6して構成せしめてなるものであ
る。なお、第5図は、折損試験の比較特性曲線を
示すもので、イは、本考案品を、ロは従来品を示
す。

収、緩和する結果となり、従つて加振状態下での
配設使用に対しても鑞熔着6部附近の配管体2側
での亀裂、折損を極度に軽減し、第5図に示すよ
うに亀裂、折損に対する機械的強度を著しく向上
することができたものである。
