グ部材を圧縮して対向する周面に密接係合して接
続構成することにより、接続時の加熱鑞熔着作業
を一切不要とし、予め鍍金処理を施した相手部材
並びに配管の使用を可能として接続後の鍍金処理
を不要とし、且つ簡易な取扱いとによつて著しく
生産性を向上すると共に、鍍金膜厚上での品質面
を一定となし、更に接続部附近での機械的強度の
劣化の憂いがなく、亀裂、折損を軽減、防止する
ことができる接続固定構造を提供することを目的
とするものである。

材の少なくとも一端面に振動吸収リング部材を配
置し、また、前記配管側の先端部分に拡径部を形
成すると共に前記配管の外周部に組込まれた前記
スリーブの後端部側に該配管の外周部と圧接する
縮径部を形成し、且つ、前記押圧部材の後端周縁
部に外方への鍔壁を有して構成したものである。

方への環状突起壁であつて、該突起壁背面の外周
部に少なくともそれぞれ1つの金属、ゴム、樹脂
等の弾発体からなる振動吸収リング部材4とゴ
ム、樹脂等からなる弾性シールリング部材5とを
交互に配列係合せしめるか(第1図)、もしくは
好ましくは、振動吸収機能を兼備する、少なくと
も1つの弾性シールリング部材5を係合せしめ
(第2図)、更にその外側に、先端部に設けた外方
への係圧鍔壁6′部を前記配列係合した後部に位
置する前記振動吸収リング部材4、弾性シールリ
ング部材5のいずれか、もしくは前記単体の弾性
シールリング部材5に当接するスリーブ6を介挿
して外部より筒状の押圧部材7を組込むか(第1
図)、或いは押圧部材7を介挿して外部よりスリ
ーブ6を組込んだ状態で(第2図)、接続端部附
近を前記相手部材1側の段付き拡径口2′の内部
に挿着せしめてなるものであり、且つ前記押圧部
材7を前方へ押圧して拡径口2′をなす筒壁1′の
端周部1″をカシメ等により内方に屈曲せしめ、
押圧部材7又はスリーブ6の係圧鍔壁6′と係止
することにより、前記振動吸収リング部材4並び
に弾性シールリング部材5、もしくは前記単体の
弾性シールリング部材5を圧縮して対向する拡径
口2′側の口周面と配管P側の外周面とに密接係
合してなるものである。7′は前記押圧部材7の
後端周縁部に一体に有した外方への鍔壁である。
更に配管P側の接続端部附近の機械的強度を高め
るために第3図のように構成することもできる。

密接接続固定構造によつて接続時の相互の捩れに
対して回動方向への調整を行つて無理なく接続す
ることができるのである。
