【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は一般に自動車、或いは機械、装置等に
各種給油又は給気の供給路等として配設多用され
る管径30m/m程度以下の比較的細径からなる金
属管端部の接続用アイジヨイントの構造の改良に

行な平坦面15として構成していた。

状にバラツキ等により相手取付け基体への取付け
面において片当りが生じ、このままの状態でボル
トにより無理に螺合締着すると、鑞熔着部附近の
配管側に異常な応力の集中を生ぜしめ、更に、該
鑞熔着作業時の過熱及び加振下での配設状態等と
も相俟つて、該附近の配管側にしばしば疲労に伴
う亀裂、折損事故を誘発する問題を有し、且つ取
付けに際して比較的多大な締付け力を必要とする
傾向にあつた。

本考案は上記した従来の問題を極めて効果的に
解決するため、前記座面の少なくとも一方を、取
付け孔の孔周端縁側から外側周縁に向けて緩斜面
となして構成することにより、取付け時の螺合締
着につれて前記緩斜面を次第に内側に倒伏して弾
発係合による平面状の座面構造となし、このよう
な倒伏に伴つて芯ズレ、不具合或いは配管側の曲
げ形状のバラツキ等による相手取付け基体への片
当りに際しても、無理なく座面での当りを均一に
自己調整することができシール性を向上せしめ、
更にこの自己調整機能によつて鑞熔着部附近にお
ける配管側に加わる応力集中を吸収緩和して、該
附近での配管側に生ずる疲労に伴う亀裂、折損を
軽減、防止することのできる接続用アイジヨイン

部5を座面3,4としこの座面3,4の少なくと
も一方を、取付け孔2の孔周端縁側から外側周縁
に向けて緩斜面となして構成するものである。6

することができ、従つてシール性を向上すること
は勿論のこと、自己調整機能によつて鑞熔着8部
附近における配管7に加わる応力集中を吸収緩和
して該附近の配管7側に生ずる疲労に伴う亀裂、
折損を軽減、防止することができる極めて有用な
細径金属管端部の接続用アイジヨイントである。
