持するための系に関する。外界に飛散してはなら
ない危険な細菌、ヴイルス類、その他組みかえ遺
伝子などを取扱う実験室などは室内を負圧に維持
して、室内の危険物が室外に飛散しないような系
を必要とするが、従来の系では必要な装置が複雑
で高価であつたり、作用が確実でない等の難点が
あつた。そこでこの発明の系では従来のものの欠
点を除こうとするもので、実験室に前室を附設
し、実験室と前室の間に給気浄化装置を設け、前
室から実験室に通ずるドアの気密性は高くし、外
部から前室に入るドアには通気用の開口部を設け
るものである。したがつて実験室と外気は前室の
ドアの開口部及び前室と実験室の間の給気浄化装
置によつて通じている。又実験室内の空気は実験
室に設置した排風機によつて排出される。実験室
から排気されると、外気が前室ドアの開口部及び
給気浄化装置を通つて実験室に給気されるが、給
気浄化装置を通る際圧力降下が生ずるので、実験
室内が負圧に維持される。この発明の系により、
簡単な設備で実験室内に確実に負圧を維持するこ
とができ、室内の危険物の室外への飛散を防ぐこ

出する。この排出量の大小によつて実験室内の負
圧の値が規定されるものである。排風機22によ
り実験室内の空気が排出されるので、外気は、更
衣室ドアの開口12、前室ドアの開口11を経て
前室2に入り、更にそこから給気浄化装置10を
経て実験室に給気される。給気浄化装置10を通
るとき、圧力降下があるので、実験室内は所定の
