Vynález se týká průmyslového filtru, zvláště hořlavých prachů, v jehož skříni jsou vertikálně uspořádány filtrační hadice, jejichž vnitřní prostor je propojen s výstupem plynů uspořádaným ve vrchní části skříně a odděleným od vnitřního prostoru skříně vně filtračních hadic, který je propojen se vstupem plynů, přičemž pod skříní filtru je uspořádána výsypka a filtr je opatřen jistícím zařízením.

Průmyslové filtry pro filtraci hořlavých prachů, které ve směsi se vzduchem vytvářejí výbušnou směs, jsou opatřeny jistícím zařízením zamezujícím poškození filtru vlivem možného výbuchu výbušné směsi. Jako jistící zařízení bývají používány střižné membrány, nebo bezpečnostní klapky, uspořádané ve stěnách výsypek nébo ve stěnách skříně filtru. Současně je nutno zajistit u takto vybavených filtrů volný prostor mimo filtr v oblasti uspořádání jistících zařízení, do kterého je zamezen přístup osob, přičemž v tomto prostoru není možné instalovat potrubní systémy, elektrickou instalaci apod.
Takto uspořádané filtry však vyžadují značný prostor pro jejich instalaci, přičemž tento prostor není v mnoha případech k disposici.
Jsou známy průmyslové filtry, u kterých jsou jistící zařízení uspořádány mimo půdorysnou plochu skříně filtru tak, že střižná membrána, nebo bezpečnostní klapka spolu s usměrňovacími prvky umožňuje vedení expandujících plynů po výbuchu ve směru vertikálním podél vnějších stěn filtru.. Toto uspořádání, snižuje nárok na instalační prostor filtru, který však v mnoha případech, zvláště při použití větších filtrů není dostatečný.
Použití usměrňovačích potrubí pro vedení expandujících plynů po výbuchu rovněž vyžaduje využití volného prostoru mimo půdorys filtru, nehledě na konstrukční složitost celého systému a zvýšení jeho nákladnosti.
S ohledem na minimalizaci zástavbového prostoru při instalaci průmyslového filtru jsou proto používány specielní chemické prostředky pro zamezení vzniku výbuchu, avšak za cenu podstatně zvýšených provozních nákladů při činnosti filtru.
Cílem vynálezu je konstrukce průmyslového filtru s jistícím zařízením, která umožní minimalizaci zástavbového prostoru pro jeho instalaci, přičemž se nezvýší provozní náklady filtru.

Podstata vynálezu
Podstata průmyslového filtru, zvláště hořlavých prachů, podle vynálezu spočívá v tom, že uvnitř skříně filtru je uspořádán výšlehový kanál propojený s vnitřním prostorem skříně filtru vně filtračních hadic a opatřený pojLstnýnT zařízením;^řř&emž—vý^SlehkSvýnčánál-Jě oddělen od výstupní komory. Výšlehový kanál je ohraničen alespoň jednou stěnou skříně filtru a stěnou výstupní komory, přičemž pojistné zařízení je uspořádáno na vrchním konci výšlehového kanálu. Filtrační hadice jsou uspořádány v paralelních řadách, přičemž nad vrchními otevřenými konci filtračních hadic jsou uspořádány profukovací trubky s výstupními otvory uspořádanými proti vrchním otevřeným koncům filtračních hadic. Profukovací trubky jsou propojeny se zásobníkem vzduchu, přičemž mezi zásobníkem vzduchu a výstupními otvory profukovacích trubek jsou uspořádány ventily. Ve filtračních hadicích jsou ve vrchní části uspořádány difuzéry.

Příklad provedení vynálezu
Na rámu 13 je uspořádána skříň 1 filtru, pod níž je v rámu 13 uložena výsypka 2. Na spodním konci výsypky 2 je uspořádán rotační podavač 14. Ve vnitřním prostoru ^křiněT^fíltrií je uspořádána soustava f íltráčníchZha^ dic J, nasazených na kovové výztuhy 15 a uchycených ve dně výstupní komory 12. Vnitřní prostor filtračních hadic 3 je propojen přes výstupní komoru 12 s výstupem 9_ plynů, umístěným ve stěně skříně JL. Filtrační hadice .3_ probíhají ve vertikálním směru, jejich spodní konce jsou uzavřeny, přičemž jsou jednotlivé filtrační hadice _3 uspořádány vedle sebe v paralelních řadách. Vnitřní prostor skříně 1 vně filtračních hadic_3, oddělený od výstupní komory 12, je propojen se vstupem 8 plynů, který je uspořádán ve stěně skříně X, případně ve stěně výsypky_2. Uvnitř skříně 1 je uspořádán výšlehový kanál 11, oddělený rovněž od výstupní komory 12. Spodní otevřený konec výšlehového kanálu 11 je propojen s vnitřním prostorem skříně 1 vně filtračních hadic 3.
V horní části výšlehového kanálu 11 je uspořádáno pojistné zařízení 10, představované např. klapkou. Výšlehový kanál 11 je ohraničen stěnami skříně 1 filtru a stěnou výstupní komory 12.
Nad otevřenými konci filtračních hadic_X jsou vedeny profukovací trubky_4, jejichž výstupní otvory jsou uspořádány proti otevřeným koncům filtračních hadic 3. Profukovací trubky jsou propojeny se zásobníkem 6 vzduchu, ze kterého je dodáván tlakový profukovací vzduch přes řídící ventil _5, umístěný před vstupem profukovacích trubek 4 do skříně χ_filtru. Ve vrchní části filtračních hadic 3 jsou uspořádány difuzéryJ7, kterými je zesilován účinek čištění filtračních hadic J3 v okamžiku proudění stlačeného vzduchu z profukovacích trubek 4.

Industrial filters for the filtration of flammable dusts, which form an explosive mixture when mixed with air, are equipped with a safety device to prevent damage to the filter due to the potential explosion of the explosive mixture. Shear membranes or safety flaps arranged in the hopper walls or in the filter housing walls are used as protection devices. At the same time, it is necessary to provide free space outside of the filter in the area of the arrangement of belay devices to which people are prevented, where it is not possible to install piping systems, electrical installation, etc.
Such filters, however, require a considerable space for their installation, and this space is not available in many cases.
Industrial filters are known in which the protection devices are arranged outside the planar surface of the filter housing such that the shear diaphragm or safety flap, together with the baffle elements, allows the expansion gases to be guided after explosion in a vertical direction along the outer walls of the filter. the installation space of the filter is not sufficient in many cases, especially when using larger filters.
The use of baffles for conducting expanding gases after an explosion also requires the use of free space outside the filter plan, notwithstanding the structural complexity of the system and increasing its cost.
In order to minimize the installation space during the installation of an industrial filter, special chemical means are used to prevent the occurrence of an explosion, but at the cost of substantially increased operating costs during the operation of the filter.
It is an object of the present invention to design an industrial filter with a belay device that will allow the installation space to be minimized, without increasing the operating costs of the filter.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The essence of the industrial filter, in particular of combustible dust, according to the invention is that a filter channel is arranged inside the filter housing communicating with the interior of the filter housing outside the filter hoses and provided with a safety device separated from the outlet chamber. The elevator channel is bounded by at least one wall of the filter housing and the wall of the outlet chamber, the locking device being arranged at the upper end of the elevator channel. The filter hoses are arranged in parallel rows, and above the upper open ends of the filter hoses are purging pipes with outlet openings facing the upper open ends of the filter hoses. The purge tubes are connected to the air reservoir, and valves are arranged between the purge tube and the outlet openings of the purge tubes. In the filter hoses diffusers are arranged in the upper part.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A filter housing 1 is arranged on the frame 13, under which the hopper 2 is mounted in the frame 13. At the lower end of the hopper 2 a rotary feeder 14 is arranged. In the interior space of the filter filaments 15 and retained in the bottom of the outlet chamber 12. The interior of the filter hoses 3 is connected via the outlet chamber 12 to the gas outlet 9 located in the wall of the housing 11. The filter hoses 3 extend in the vertical direction, the lower ends of which are closed, the individual filter hoses 3 being arranged side by side in parallel rows. The inner space of the housing 1 outside the filter hadic_3 separated from the outlet chamber 12, i.e. e connected to the input 8 of the gas, which is arranged in the housing wall X or wall výsypky_2. Inside the housing 1 there is an elevator channel 11, also separated from the outlet chamber 12. The lower open end of the elevator channel 11 communicates with the interior space of the housing 1 outside the filter hoses 3.
In the upper part of the elevator channel 11 there is provided a safety device 10, represented eg by a flap. The outlet channel 11 is bounded by the walls of the filter housing 1 and the wall of the outlet chamber 12.
Above the open ends of the filter hoses 5, blowing pipes 4 are guided, the outlet openings of which are arranged opposite the open ends of the filter hoses 3. The blowing pipes are connected to an air reservoir 6 from which pressurized blowing air is supplied via control valve 5 located before χ_filter cabinets. At the top of the filter hoses 3 diffusers 17 are provided, which enhance the cleaning effect of the filter hoses 13 at the time of the compressed air flow from the purge tubes 4.
