- 負荷に直列に接続されたチヨツパ用スイツチン
グ・トランジスタの駆動を強制的に停止させるた
めのスイツチング素子と、チヨツパ用スイツチン
グ・トランジスタのコレクターエミツタ間電圧と
基準電圧とを比較し、コレクターエミツタ間電圧
が基準電圧を越えたときにスイツチング素子駆動
信号を出力する比較回路とを備えたチヨツパ用ス
イツチング・トランジスタの破損防止回路。
