の出力信号に基いて前記アクチエーターおよび速
度段自動切換弁に動作信号を出力するコントロー
ルユニツトとを具え、該コントロールユニツトは
、車速センサーおよびエンジンスロツトル開度セ
ンサーの出力信号により所定のシフトアツプポイ
ントに達したと判断したときには前記アクチエー
ターに出力してスロツトルを戻してエンジン回転
を少し下げる機能と、これによるエンジン回転数
センサーからの出力信号でエンジン回転が予め定
めた安全値まで下つたと判断したときには前記速
度段自動切換弁を動作して所定のシフトアツプを
する機能とを有せしめられてなることを特徴とす
