又は機関回転数の少なくとも一方の変化量が所定
値以上の条件でシフトダウン要求信号を発するシ
フトダウン要求信号発生手段と、このシフトダウ
ン要求信号を受けて前記変速制御手段に優先して
自動変速機を変速比大側の変速位置に強制的に変
速制御するシフトダウン制御手段とを設けたこと
