ユニツトによつて電子的に制御されギヤ入れ駐車
が可能なように構成された電子制御式自動変速装
置において、キースイツチがオフ状態からオン状
態となつたことに応答して前記自動変速装置がギ
ヤ入れ駐車のための状態となつているか否かを判
別する第1判別手段と、車輛用のブレーキ装置が
作動しているか否かの判別を行なう第2判別手段
と、前記第1及び第2判別手段に応答し前記自動
変速装置がギヤ入れ駐車のための状態となつてい
る場合であつて車輛用のブレーキ装置が作動して
いる場合にのみエンジンの始動動作前の所定のタ
イミングで前記クラツチの切り離しを指令するた
めの指令手段とを備えたことを特徴とする電子制
