車等の車高調整装置において、シリンダ1内にピ
ストン2を摺動自在に嵌合してピストン下方に油
圧緩衝器のばね受調整用圧力室へ連通する油室4
を形成するとともに、該シリンダ1の外周壁側に
固定子6を一体的に設け、該固定子の下方でシリ
ンダの外周壁側に円筒状の可動子7をシリンダ1
の円周方向及び軸方向に摺動自在に嵌装し、該可
動子7と前記固定子6のいずれか一方部材の対向
端面を深さの異なる複数の段差カム面aに形成す
るとともに他方部材の対向端面に前記段差カム面
aのいずれかの段と係合する突起bを形成し、シ
リンダ1の上部キヤツプ8に係止させた円筒体7
′の下部を可動子7に結合し、可動子7の回動で
前記突起bと段差カム面aとを選択的に係合させ
ることにより、可動子7をシリンダ軸方向に変位
自在に組付け、可動子7の変位に連動してピスト
ン2を上下変動させてシリンダ油室4の容量を変
化させるように構成したことを特徴とする車高調
