た開弁圧の異なる縮小側および伸長側のデイスク
バルブとからなる油圧緩衝器において、前記縮小
側および伸長側のデイスクバルブのうち少なくと
も開弁圧の低い方のデイスクバルブ側に、該デイ
スクバルブの背面に接触することにより背圧を受
承するフローテイングデイスクを軸方向に移動可
能に設け、該フローテイングデイスクの外周面に
摺接して、該フローテイングデイスクの径方向の
変位を規制し、該フローテイングデイスクを軸方
向に案内するガイド部材を設けたことを特徴とす
