Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (イ) 被検査材の疵を探傷する探傷センサ、 (ロ) 前記被検査材と前記探傷センサとの間の距
    離を検出する距離センサ、 (ハ) 前記探傷センサと前記距離センサとを前記
    被検査材の表面上に可変支持する支持手段、 (ニ) 前記距離センサからの信号に応答して前記
    距離が一定となるように前記支持手段を制御する
    信号を発生する制御手段であつて、該制御手段は
    、前記探傷センサからの疵検出を表わす信号によ
    りトリガされて所定の期間信号を発生する単安定
    回路と、該単安定回路からの信号と前記距離セン
    サからの信号を受けるように接続されていて前記
    単安定回路からの前記信号に応答して前記距離信
    号をサンプルし前記所定の期間中ホールドするサ
    ンプル・ホールド回路と、を含み、これによつて
    前記所定の期間中前記制御信号の変動を抑制する
    こと から成る非接触型探傷装置。
