解質よりなる内側筒状体を内側筒状体と上記外側
筒状体の間に空間を存在させて挿入し、該空間内
に触媒を担持したセラミツク顆粒または粉末を充
填してなり、更に該内側筒状体の内外両面で一対
となる少なくとも一組の電極により酸素センサを
構成し、残りの組の電極または外側筒状体の内外
面に形成した電極により酸素ポンプを構成したこ
