の一部に跨がつてガス拡散層を形成し、該ガス拡
散層から前記筒状素子外表面の残部に跨がつて第
2の外側電極を形成し、前記内側電極と第1の外
側電極とを定電圧電源に接続してリーンミクスチ
ヤセンサを構成し、前記内側電極と第2の外側電
極とにより濃淡電池型酸素濃度センサを構成した
