Claims (1)
被膜し、被検出気体に接触させた外表面側の電極と大気
に接触させた内表面側の電極との間に発生する起電力に
より被検出気体の酸素濃度を検出するようにした酸素セ
ンサにおいて、前記セラミック管内外表面に白金粉末を
含有する多孔質セラミック層を形成すると共に、該多孔
質セラミック層にその表面に露出する白金粉末をメッキ
核とする白金電極を被膜形成したことを特徴とする酸素
