を被測定ガスと接触させて酸素濃度を測定する酸素セン
サにおいて、測定極層を酸素イオン伝導性固体電解質層
上に設けた多孔質の触媒高活性測定極層と該触媒高活性
測定極層上に設けた多孔質の触媒低活性測定極層の2層
構造にしたことを特徴とする酸素センサ。(1) An oxygen sensor comprising a porous reference electrode layer, an oxygen ion conductive solid electrolyte layer, and a porous measurement electrode layer, and measures oxygen concentration by bringing the measurement electrode layer into contact with a gas to be measured.
