Claims (1)
た発光部を保護シートで密封被覆し、前記下部電
極および透明電極間に電圧を印加することにより
前記発光層を発光させるようにしたエレクトロル
ミネツセンス素子において、前記下部電圧に切欠
きを設けるとともに、この切欠き内に臨む前記透
明電極と前記下部電極とに跨がつて異方導電性熱
接着剤を設け、外部入力用のリード端子がこの異
方導電性熱接着剤を介して、前記下部電極および
透明電極のそれぞれのリード部位と導通・接着さ
れていることを特徴とするエレクトロルミネツセ
ンス素子。 An electroluminescent device in which a light-emitting part in which a light-emitting layer is provided between a lower electrode and a transparent electrode is hermetically covered with a protective sheet, and the light-emitting layer is made to emit light by applying a voltage between the lower electrode and the transparent electrode.
