Recently, in department stores, supermarkets, and the like, fresh foods, vegetables, frozen foods, beverages, and the like are often sold in open-type frozen or refrigerated cases. However, during closing hours, it is necessary to keep the above case warm in order to prevent waste of refrigeration energy. In this case, if the case is completely sealed, there is a problem in that the odor gets stuck inside the case, and the products inside the case have a smell peculiar to refrigeration. Therefore, it is desirable to cover the show case with a breathable curtain so as to ensure a certain degree of ventilation to the outside inside the show case.

However, breathable curtains usually have good water permeability, so if the air in contact with the curtain surface (air outside the curtain case) is cooled and the moisture in that air condenses on the curtain surface, this will occur. Condensed water passes through the curtain and drips into the show case, causing problems such as products in the show case becoming defective or blocking due to freezing.

The breathable heat-insulating curtain for refrigeration and cooling show cases according to the present invention has a structure that eliminates the above-mentioned odors and blocking peculiar to refrigeration, and can keep the show cases warm with excellent heat retention properties, and has polytetrafluoroethylene porous It is characterized by laminating a high quality film, a breathable aluminum foil layer, and a breathable reinforcing material.

以下、図面により本考案を説明する。 The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

The polytetrafluoroethylene porous film 21 may have a thickness of 10 to 200μ, a pore diameter of 0.1 to 50μ, and a porosity of 60 to 90%.
For No. 2, a material with a perforation rate of 20 to 80% can be used. As the breathable reinforcing material 23, woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric, mesh, felt, perforated plastic film, etc. can be used.

The above aluminum foil layer can also be formed by vapor deposition or sputtering. In this case, if the layer thickness is 2μ or less, the aluminum foil layer itself can be provided with considerable air permeability, so perforations in the aluminum foil layer can be omitted. .
However, the adhesive layer must be partial.
FIG. 3 shows an example in which an aluminum vapor-deposited layer is used as the aluminum foil layer, and 21 is a polytetrafluoroethylene porous film, and 22 is a polytetrafluoroethylene porous film with a thickness of 2 μm or less deposited on the polytetrafluoroethylene porous film 21. The heat-retaining curtain according to the present invention can be suitably used to keep an open type freezing or cooling case during closing hours, etc., and as mentioned above, it has breathability and can maintain sufficient ventilation inside the case. It is possible to prevent the above-mentioned odor from adhering to the products in the case. In addition, even if moisture in the air that contacts the top surface of the curtain condenses, the polytetrafluoroethylene porous film is water repellent, so it can effectively prevent the condensed water from penetrating the curtain.
The aforementioned dripping of condensed water into the show case, and therefore the defective products and freeze blocking that would occur in such a case, can be sufficiently avoided. Furthermore, due to the presence of the aluminum foil layer, there is a heat insulating effect due to heat reflection, and it also has excellent heat retention.
