2. Description of the Related Art When a dry matter, a cooking material, a seasoning, or the like is put in a food storage shelf, it may rot due to the temperature and humidity, and germs and mold may be propagated to generate an odor. Also, fresh foods such as vegetables and seasonings in the refrigerator storage shelf,
In the case where beverages or the like are stored, vegetable dregs, solutions that have flowed down from the spouts of seasoning containers and beverage containers adhere to the shelf boards, and the shelf boards may be soiled and give off odors. These odors and stains
The problem can be solved by frequent cleaning with good ventilation. However, it is difficult to clean each of the shelves such as the refrigerator storage shelf, and it is troublesome. Therefore, in order to keep the food preservation environment hygienic, a multi-layer sheet 41 as shown in FIG. 4 is used by being laid on each shelf.

In order to effectively exhibit the antibacterial and deodorizing effects of the multi-layer sheet 41, the particle size of the material 46 to be filled is reduced, and the ambient air around the material 46 is reduced. It is preferable to set such that the contact area with the contact hole becomes large. In this case, if the particle diameter of the raw material 46 is small, the raw material 46 may overflow from the fiber gap of the nonwoven fabric 44 to the outside of the sheet. Must be used.
However, when the fiber density is increased, there is a problem that the water absorption and oil absorption of the nonwoven fabric 44 decrease, and it becomes impossible to sufficiently absorb the water and oil components flowing out of foods and seasoning containers. That is, if the particle size of the material 46 is reduced in order to improve the antibacterial and deodorizing effects, the nonwoven fabric 44 having a high fiber density must be used, so that the solution absorbing effect is deteriorated. Non-woven fabric 44 for good
If the fiber density is lowered, a material 46 having a large particle size must be used, so that sufficient effects such as antibacterial and deodorizing cannot be obtained, and both the effects of the nonwoven fabric 44 and the material 46 can be fully exhibited simultaneously. I couldn't do that.

The base material 2 is formed by depositing aluminum on a polyethylene terephthalate (hereinafter referred to as PET) layer 9 and laminating an aluminum layer 10 with an appropriate thickness, and further through an adhesive layer 11 such as a polyethylene resin.
2 are formed by bonding. The aluminum layer 10 was adopted as the metal thin film layer because aluminum has excellent heat resistance and gas barrier properties.
The layer 9 is laminated because PET has excellent heat resistance, so that aluminum has good vapor deposition properties, has appropriate strength and tension, and has high transparency, which makes the laminated aluminum stand out, and makes the sheet appearance beautiful. Because it can be done. The kraft paper 12 is adhered to the PET layer 9.
In addition to reinforcing the aluminum layer 10, the heat and pressure bonding of the nonwoven fabric layer 4 is ensured and facilitated, and wrinkles and bending of the sheet are prevented from occurring. The thickness of each layer is, for example, about 12 to 50 μm for the PET layer 9, about 0.4 to 0.6 μm for the aluminum layer 10, and about 15 for the adhesive layer 11.
ク ラ フ ト 30 μm, and the kraft paper 12 can be about 15-60 μm. Each layer may be provided thicker than the above, and the entire substrate 2 may be formed into a sheet having a thickness of, for example, 150 μm or more.

The powdery or chip-like material 8 is made of antibacterial, insect repellent,
It is possible to use a hygienically preferable functional material having an action such as deodorization, deodorization, moisture absorption, and aroma. For example, herbs and materials containing essential oils of herbs are excellent in bactericidal, bacteriostatic and antifungal properties, and are suitable as antibacterial agents, insect repellents, deodorants and fragrances. Specifically, cinnamon and cloves, or herbs of the Labiatae family such as oregano, thyme, sage, basil, rosemary, lavender, etc. are dried, and these are used alone or in combination in an appropriate amount, and finely ground and used. be able to. The essential oil obtained by distilling these herbs can be used by impregnating the crushed herbs and other functional materials. Materials such as charcoal such as Bincho charcoal, activated carbon, and zeolite are particularly excellent in deodorizing effects and are suitable as deodorizers. It is suitable as a deodorant or fragrance. To form functional materials such as antibacterial agents and deodorants, lactic acid bacteria, yeast,
A complex culture solution in which various kinds of microorganisms such as photosynthetic bacteria coexist may be used. Each of these materials is pulverized into a powder or a chip so that the material can be filled in the nonwoven fabric layer 4. From the viewpoint of easy encapsulation in the inside 4, it is appropriate to pulverize finely to, for example, about 20 to 60 mesh, more preferably about 20 to 40 mesh. In addition, each material can be appropriately selected and used according to the place where the sheet is installed, the environment, the application, etc. However, it is preferable to use a natural material free of chemicals and impurities.

The substrate 2 most preferably has the above-described laminated structure, but has a structure in which an aluminum layer is laminated on a PET layer by vapor deposition without adhering kraft paper;
A structure in which an aluminum foil is bonded to the T layer may be used. Further, a structure in which an aluminum foil is bonded to kraft paper may be used. In each of these structures,
Instead of aluminum, an aluminum alloy or other metal having excellent heat resistance and gas barrier properties can be used. In addition, the uneven shape of the nonwoven fabric layer 4 corresponds to the peaks 5 shown in the figure.
The shape is not limited to the shape of the valley or the flat portion 6 and can be set arbitrarily. For example, a number of hexagonal peaks in a plan view are connected to form a honeycomb, a number of hexagonal spaces are independently formed, and the inside is filled with the above-described material, and a number of slender peaks in a plan view are staggered. The elongated space portion may be independently formed by being connected in a shape, and the inside may be filled with the above-mentioned material.In any case, the size of one space portion is not so large,
It is preferable that a large number be continuously arranged.
