[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a heat-retaining bowl for cooked rice.
Conventional heated rice bowls can only keep warm for about 10 hours, and if longer than that, the rice will change color and smell, and water droplets that have accumulated on the back of the lid will fall. There are defects such as the surface of the rice becoming sticky while the other parts become dry, and when eating rice the next day that was cooked the previous day, it is inevitable that the taste will deteriorate. As a result, the current situation is that food for the day's meals is prepared early in the morning, especially in factories, sushi shops, restaurants, and other cafeterias that handle boxed lunches and school lunches. The present invention was developed in view of this, and is an attempt to store rice cooked the previous day at least until the next day without losing its taste.

The embodiment shown in the drawings will be explained below.
Reference numerals 1 and 2 refer to the main bodies of the case and the case lid made of styrofoam, and the inner and outer peripheries are covered with breathable protective materials 3, 3', and 4 made of perforated plates or mesh plates made of metals such as aluminum or stainless steel, or synthetic resins. . It is covered and bonded in appropriate places with adhesive. These moisture-permeable waterproof fabrics 5 and 6 are made of waterproof material laminated with an ultra-thin film of tetrafluoroethylene resin having pores of 0.2 microns, which corresponds to about 1/20,000 of a water droplet and about 700 times the size of a water vapor molecule, to a nylon material. When the food was eaten after 24 hours using a cloth (trade name: Gore-Tex Fabric), it had good heat retention and no deterioration in taste was observed.

For simple types such as those for home use, a conventional lid is used as the lid, and even if the invention is applied only to the chest, it is still quite effective. For commercial use, an electric heater is installed in the Styrofoam part at the bottom. It is even more effective if you prepare it in advance.

As described above, according to the present invention, the water vapor inside the box is dissipated to the outside through the moisture-permeable waterproof cloth, the breathable protective material, the styrofoam, and the breathable protective material, so there is no stuffiness and no stickiness. There is no deterioration and no loss of taste, just like using old hygroscopic wooden boxes, and the Styrofoam has excellent heat retention, allowing you to store the previous day's food well until the next day. This eliminates the need for labor management, making labor management extremely easy. Moreover, since the styrofoam is covered with a protective material, there is no damage to the styrofoam, and the inner surface is covered with waterproof cloth, so food does not stick directly to the styrofoam. It is extremely easy to clean, can be used hygienically, and has a simple structure.
