Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) この考案は、食品の加熱若しくは保温を行うに
最適なる面状発熱効果を有した加熱調理器に関す
る。

(従来の技術) 従来、面全体が発熱する面状発熱体は公知であ
り、床暖房、融雪、配管の凍結防止等の種々の用

しかしながら、従来公知の面状発熱体は可撓な
性状を有し、それ自体では剛性を有していないた

し、加熱調理器を形成することは出来なかつた。
すなわち、従来においては、先ず他の材料で所定
の形状に調理器本体を形成し、予め形成された調
理器本体の内面に面状発熱体を、貼着、埋没、若
しくは被着して本体と一体化することにより加熱
調理器を構成するようにしている。

くは載置機能をも有せしめることを目的とする。

け、アルミ箔層6の外面にシリコン樹脂層8とス
テンレス箔層9を順次設けて面状の発熱効果を有
する板状の加熱用材を形成し、テフロン樹脂コー
テイング層7を被調理物に近接する面としつつ加
熱用材を所望の形状に成形してなることを特徴と
する。

(実施例) 次に図面を参照しつつこの考案の好ましい実施
例を説明する。図において1は通電されたとき面
全体が発熱する面状発熱体であり、発熱体である
純鉄箔2、該純鉄箔2の両面を被覆する絶縁フイ
ルム3,4、一方の絶縁フイルム3の外面を被覆
するセラミツク層5、並びに他方の絶縁フイルム
4の外面を被覆するアルミ箔層6からなる。かか
る面状発熱体1は従来公知であり、市場から容易
に入手可能である。かかる面状発熱体は遠赤外線
を発生し、遠赤外線の分子振動作動により、食品
の加熱に際しては特に有効である。

存在により、食品の加熱若しくは保温に最適とな
