けて構成される下部側加熱ユニツトと、この下部
側加熱ユニツトの開口部に設置自在な調理プレー
トと、下部に前記下部側加熱ユニツトの開口部と
連通する開口部を有して構成され前記下部側加熱
ユニツトの開口部に設置自在な調理物収容容器と
、この調理物収容容器の内部に上部側から順に設
けられた第２のヒーターおよび調理物載置台と、
前記調理物収容容器に設けられ当該調理物収容容
器および前記第２のヒーター、前記調理物載置台
と共に前記下部側加熱ユニツトと組合う上部側加
熱ユニツトを構成する調理物出入れ用の扉と、前
記下部側加熱ユニツトの本体に設けられ前記調理
プレートの周部又は前記上部側加熱ユニツトの下
部を受けてプレート全体又はユニツト全体を当該
下部側加熱ユニツトの開口部に設置させる第１の
受部と、前記調理プレートの周部又は前記下部側
加熱ユニツトの本体に設けられ前記上部側加熱ユ
ニツトの下部を受けてユニツト全体を前記調理プ
レートの上側に設置させる第２の受部とを具備し
