Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 樹脂板もしくは複合樹脂板からなる樹脂芯材を
予熱軟化させた後、芯材表面に表皮材を積層し、
両者を一体にプレス成形するとともに、芯材の所
用部に細溝を設け、この細溝によりヒンジ部を形
成した樹脂成形品において、 上記芯材と表皮材との間に、上下面に感熱性接
着剤層を形成した紙材を上記細溝に沿つて介挿さ
せ、前記プレス成形時に一体的に貼着したことを
特徴とする樹脂成形品のヒンジ構造。
