Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 樹脂板もしくは複合樹脂板からなる樹脂芯材を
予熱軟化させた後、芯材表面に表皮材を積層し、
両者を一体的にプレス成形するとともに、芯材の
所要部に細溝を設け、この細溝によりヒンジ部を
形成した樹脂成形品において、 上記芯材と表皮材との間に、木綿を編成ベース
とし、かつ感熱性接着剤を全体に含浸させるか、
もしくは表皮材に対向する一面側に感熱性接着剤
層を形成してなるクロス材を、上記細溝に沿つて
介挿させ、一体的に貼着したことを特徴とする樹
脂成形品のヒンジ構造。
