の加湿を行なうことのできる加湿手段を備え、前
記加湿手段を経て測定電極に前記標準ガスを接触
させることにより、前記測定電極と比較電極との
間に発生する起電力を校正することを特徴とする
酸素濃度測定装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の酸
素濃度測定装置において、加湿手段は、標準ガス
を加湿する加湿器と、前記加湿器により加湿され
た標準ガスを所要の露点温度にまで冷却し除湿す
る除湿器とからなることを特徴とする酸素濃度測
