準ガス導入路と；前記基準ガス導入路に乾燥空気
を前記基準ガスとして供給する乾燥空気供給機構
と；を供え、前記測定電極と前記基準電極との間
に形成された酸素イオン濃淡電池の発生する起電
力を検出して前記測定空気中の水蒸気濃度を測定
する水分測定装置において、前記基準電極近傍に
おける前記基準ガス導入路の圧力を前記測定ガス
の圧力に応じた圧力にする圧力可変機構を設けた
