    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主軸に取付けたロータ側シールリングの高圧側
    と低圧側の両面に所要のクリアランスを保持して
    対向するようステータ側シールリングを配置し、
    且つ前記高圧側および低圧側のクリアランスを形
    成する対向面のいずれか一方の面に、それぞれ高
    圧側から低圧側へ強制的にポンピングする如きス
    パイラル溝を凹設したことを特徴とする軸封装置
    。
