は操作軸、３，３３は送りねじ軸、４，３４はボ
ールネジ、５，３２は電動機、１１は予圧調整装
置、１２，３６は軸受である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 本体に回転自在に支持され且つ駆動回転用の電
    動機に連結させた送りねじ軸と、この送りねじ軸
    に螺合し且つ回転方向の運動が拘束され前記送り
    ねじ軸の回転により往復動される操作軸と、前記
    送りねじ軸を前記本体に回転自在に支持する軸受
    と、この軸受に予圧を与え且つこの予圧の値を前
    記本体外部より調整できるようにした予圧調整装
    置とから成ることを特徴とするアクチユエータ。
