Pallets for stacking plate-like objects such as glass plates are
In order to prevent the plate from collapsing, the surface on which it stands is inclined several degrees from the vertical plane, and the mounting surface is horizontal to facilitate the placement of the plate.
However, for containers such as wooden boxes, the angle between the mounting surface and the back is 90 degrees.
If the back is tilted forward by several degrees, the loading surface will also be tilted forward and downward by the same angle, so plate-like objects can be automatically loaded vertically into both the pallet and the wooden box. is extremely difficult.

1. A support base that rotates the laminated plate-shaped body to be transferred in a horizontal position forward in the transfer direction to a substantially upright position, and a support base that supports the lower surface of the laminated plate-shaped body in the upright position at the front end in the transfer direction, and A traveling body that is equipped with a fork having a detection rod that can be raised and lowered and that is tiltable and that moves in and out of the storage container while holding it parallel to the loading surface of the storage container in which the laminated plate-shaped bodies are stacked; a back-up rod that is supported substantially vertically to support the rear surface of the laminated plate-like body on the fork; a positioning plate that can be moved toward and away from the front surface of the fork; and a positioning plate that is capable of retracting from the front surface of the fork; In this state, the laminated plate is transferred from the support base to the fork by raising the fork, and then the front and rear positions of the fork are fixed, the back-up rod is rotated to a predetermined upright angle, the positioning plate is retracted from the front of the fork, and the vehicle travels. The moving body is moved forward to the unloading position in the storage container, then the laminated plate-like body is transferred to the storage container by lowering the fork, the laminated plate-like body is pressed by the back-up lever, and the traveling body is retreated. A device for loading plate-like objects in a vertical position, having a control device for controlling the vertical position of plate-like objects.
