- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 柱状圧電素子から成る変換器を中空のプリロ
ードケース内に軸方向プリロード状態で収容して
成る内燃機関用筒内圧力センサにおいて、 前記プリロードケースの一端壁と圧電素子との
間には、プリロードケースの熱膨張率より大きな
熱膨張率を有する熱膨張補償部材を圧電素子に対
し軸方向整列関係で配置したことを特徴とする筒
内圧力センサ。 ２ 前記プリロードケースはステンレス鋼から成
り、前記熱膨張補償部材はアルミニウムを含んで
成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の筒内圧
力センサ。
