間には、プリロードケースの熱膨張率より大きな
熱膨張率を有する熱膨張補償部材を圧電素子に対
し軸方向整列関係で配置したことを特徴とする筒
内圧力センサ。 2 前記プリロードケースはステンレス鋼から成
り、前記熱膨張補償部材はアルミニウムを含んで
成る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の筒内圧
