Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端側に連結部を設け他端側に開口部を有
する鍔部を設けた支持体と、前記支持体の前記鍔
部の面上に接合された変位変換素子とを備え、前
記支持体は、前記開口部を通つて、内燃機関のシ
リンダに装着された点火プラグを挿通させると共
に、前記鍔部の内端縁によつて前記点火プラグの
端面を抑え込むようにして、前記連結部を前記シ
リンダの外壁部に連結したことを特徴とするシリ
ンダ内圧センサ。 (2) 前記変位変換素子は、前記鍔部の内面に接
合させたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項に記載のシリンダ内圧センサ。 (3) 前記変位変換素子は、前記鍔部の外面に接
合させたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項に記載のシリンダ内圧センサ。 (4) 前記変位変換素子は、圧電素子でなること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第
２項または第３項に記載のシリンダ内圧センサ。
