- 各々独立して長手方向に可動自在な多数本の棒
状物を束ねて設け、被測定物の測定面に先端が押
し当てられてその測定面の形状に応じて移動した
各棒状物の位置を検出する検出手段を設けたこと
を特徴とする立体形状入力装置。
