Prior art and its problems Conventionally, concrete nails or adhesives have been used to directly fix sound-insulating wooden flooring materials having a sound-insulating foam layer on the back side to concrete floors.

However, if concrete nails are used in a condominium or the like where there are residents downstairs, the impact sound when nailed is loud, which may cause trouble to the residents downstairs. Therefore, adhesives have to be used, but in this case, poor adhesion may occur. Furthermore, when the flooring material is removed from the concrete floor for renovation, only the foam layer on the back side remains adhered to the floor surface, and it takes time and effort to remove it. Particularly in stores and the like, where floors are renovated in a relatively short period of time, it is a major problem that the flooring material cannot be easily removed from the concrete floor.

Means for Solving Problems In order to achieve the above object, the method of fixing sound insulating wooden flooring to a concrete floor according to the present invention is to directly fix sound insulating wooden flooring having a sound insulating foam layer on the back side to a concrete floor. To do this, after placing the flooring material in the specified location on the concrete floor, first drill a plug insertion hole from the part of the flooring material to be nailed to the concrete floor, then insert the plug into the insertion hole, and finally insert the plug. A nail is driven into the central hollow part of the plug to inflate the plug, and its outer circumferential surface is brought into pressure contact with the inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole.

In addition, as a specific example of wood board, plywood is common, but there are also particle board, hard board, medium specific gravity I
! You can give things like fiberboard. In addition, as materials for sound insulation foam, all foam-forming materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, polystyrene, and vinyl chloride can be used, but since they are used for flooring, they are hygroscopic. It is better to use fewer adhesives, and it is preferable to use adhesives that are easy to adhere to during work. In addition, the sound insulation foam placed on the complimentary surface may have one layer, but it is usually two layers, and it is preferable that the foaming ratio is higher in the upper layer and lower in the lower layer.
Also, in both figures, closed cells are preferable to open cells, but closed cells are especially better in the lower layer than in the upper layer. Of course, the number of layers is not limited to two, and there may be cases of three or more layers, but in this case, those with a high expansion ratio and those with a low expansion ratio are arranged alternately. The appropriate value for the foaming ratio varies depending on the material of the foam, but for polyethylene, a high value is 1.
A ratio of 0 to 50 times, or as low as 5 to 20 times, is used, and a plurality of layers may be formed as appropriate within this range.

Effects of the Invention According to the method of fixing sound-insulating wooden flooring to a concrete floor of the present invention, although nails are used, holes for plugs are first drilled from the place where the flooring is to be fastened to the concrete floor. Next, the plug is inserted into the insertion hole, and finally, a nail is driven into the central hollow part of the plug to inflate the plug and press its outer circumferential surface against the inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole. Unlike pouring directly into the concrete floor,
The only sound produced is the sound of hitting the nail head. Also, when renovating the floor, when removing the flooring material from the concrete floor, remove the flooring material with a crowbar, etc., and a plug with a nail will remain on the concrete floor. It can be handled from the hole in the floor. If only the plug remains, remove it with pliers.

In this way, the flooring can be removed easily and efficiently, and since no adhesive is used, the removed surface is clean and reinstallation is easy.
