- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高分子系圧電膜の両面に電極膜を設け、この両
電極膜に導通せしめたリード線取り出し電極にリ
ード線を接続すると共に、両面に絶縁層を施して
なる高分子系圧電体において、 前記両面の絶縁層の内面に前記両リード線取り
出し電極を高分子系圧電膜の端部に並べて設け、
この両リード線取り出し電極間を絶縁物で絶縁す
ると共に、内面に導通用電極と粘着剤を有する絶
縁連結材を両リード線取り出し電極と両電極膜と
の間にそれぞれ導通用電極が跨がるよう接着せし
めてなる高分子系圧電体。
