- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 石綿繊維又は黒鉛等の耐熱材を芯材とし、
アルミニウムとチタンを添加し時効硬化させたニ
ツケル・クロム合金製繊維からなる袋体を前記芯
材の外面に被覆し、所望形状に圧縮成形して袋体
の表層を平滑に形成してなる弁用弾性密封部材。 (2) 芯材は、その中心部に芯金を包蔵している
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の密封部材。
