- ダンパ本体と、このダンパ本体に対して弾性体
を介して回転される慣性リングとの間にシリコン
油室を形成するものにおいて、前記慣性リングに
シリコン油室を大気側に連通させる透孔を設け、
この透孔を弾性材で充塞してなるトーシヨナルダ
ンパ。
